NUTRITION COACHING
A detailed dietary analysis of your food log is included in all coaching plans. With the use of an online computer software link, I can accurately review and analyze your complete nutritional intake. This includes macronutrient breakdown (ratios or carbs, protein, and fat), as well as a detailed and accurate breakdown of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), fiber, fluid intake, and electrolyte balance. I focus on a holistic diet of healthy whole food choices, appropriate meal timing based on your daily activities, and sports nutrition before, during, and after exercise. I create a nutrition plan based on your goal, while also focussing on the healthy foods you enjoy. These are not generic diet plans, but performanced based meal plans designed to enhance performance and aid in recovery.
About Kelly Liljeblad
Kelly Liljeblad is a professional Ironman triathlete and has also competed at the elite level in marathon racing. She is an accomplished athlete and triathlon, running, and nutrition coach. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts. She has taken numerous classes in nutrition at various universities and colleges at the undergraduate and graduate level. Kelly is currently working towards her Masters in Holistic Nutrition and hopes to inspire others to live a healthy life through diet and exercise.
Premium Nutrition Plan and Consultation
Plan includes one month of coaching support.
- Initial 3 day food log analysis and review
- Comprehensive diet analysis using my online nutrition software. This is a very detailed and complete breakdown of your diet, analyzing specific ratios of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, as well as vitamin and mineral, fiber, and fluid intake.
- 1 on 1 meeting with Kelly to discus your nutrition analysis. (If you are not local we will do a phone consultation) You will be provided with a packet detailing your complete nutritional profile analysis and results.
- Grocery list recommendations. I’ll make your shopping easy with a list of healthy foods to include in your shopping cart each week.
- Weekly email review and recommendations of your food log, comparing side by side your prescribed meal plan versus what you ate and logged, and the nutrient differences that resulted from this deviation.
- Goal Setting. All coaching plans are designed around your specific goal and the online software allows me to accurately track your goal progress on a weekly basis. Caloric intake and expenditures are based on your goals and lifestyle.
- $275 one time fee for a month of diet analysis, nutritional coaching, and meal planning
Additional Services
MONTHLY NUTRITION COACHING
The Premium plan described above plan includes one month of nutritional coaching and the daily use of my online software for one month. Each additional month is priced at $149 and includes weekly computer analysis and review of your LOGGED food intake, (you must log your diet) grocery lists, as well as recommendations and guidelines. Emailed to you on a bi-weekly basis.
RACE WEEK AND RACE DAY NUTRITION PLANS
You did the training, now fuel your body for your race!
Specific meal plans and guidelines for before, during, and after racing. Practicing race day nutrition is very important so don’t wait until the last minute to get your race nutrition plan! Ironman and Half Ironman-$200, all other plans $150
